You Can’t Be Too Careful

Not that I’m paranoid or anything, but I am doing whatever I can not to have the ending of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows spoiled for me.  As of this moment, I’m filtering e-mails.  I will go into Harry Potter hibernation at midnight tomorrow, and I don’t expect to catch up with online activities until some time mid-week next week.  Thanks for understanding if it takes me a while to get back to your e-mails or approve comments.  See you on the other side!

  1. UPS delivered the book at 10:00 and I finished it at 6 p.m.–my sweet husband brought me food and drink at intervals–and left me alone to enjoy the day. My kid's grown and married, so I could indulge; I imagine it was harder for those who have kids at home! Glad to say I was right about Snape! Hope all enjoyed their day reading.

  2. I'm not taking the extreme precautions that you are, but I would be very disappointed if someone told me how the book ends. I just bought my copy this morning (Tuesday) and expect to finish it at my own pace by the weekend.
